It is NOT a fact, it is an opinion. Please understand the difference between the two when you make statements. Just as mine is an opinion and the OP's is an opinion.
You can do this a few ways, but it depends on what you can get your hands on. A sugar jar to sweeten him up to the idea, a skull candle to put the idea in his head or two candles to move you closer together.
The following are just how I personally would go about it.
For the sugar jar, I'd put his picture on the outside of it so that it represents him. Inside, you'd put sugar (assuming you want this to work quickly. Honey if you don't mind waiting a bit), Violets and rose petals (this would be my personal preference). You'd then write a petition paper saying what it is you want him to do, in this case, sweeten up to the idea of being back with you. Put it in the jar, shake it up, put a red taper candle on top that's been carved with his name and a brief petition and burn it on the lid if you want to read the wax to see how it's working. Shake when unsure or you feel it needs extra oomph.
For the skull candle, I'd get a white one and carve out the top of it, placing his picture underneath in. Write your petition on paper and stick in in the hole while adding Calamus, violet, magnetic sand or loadstone and cinnamon in the hole as well and burn it down, repeating the petition each day.
For the two candles, I'd actually get 7 day glass encased candles. One white one black. Put your picture on the white and his on the black. Fix his with the same as for the skull candle and yours as well, put your petition under his candle. Face them towards each other but far apart on a table or altar. Each day while they burn, move them a little closer so that by the time the candle burns down, they are touching. Again, each day repeating your petition.
Again, this is just what I would do off the top of my head.

I see nothing wrong with trying to rekindle an old flame. Magic is only as good or bad as the users intent, and as she stated she desires to strengthen a bond that is already there. Is that really so bad? Honey jar spells do work wonders, and there are so many other things you can try. Look at what brought you two together in the first place and the strengths of your relationship, as this should be your main focus. You do not want to draw any attention to the negative aspects as we draw in from the universe that which we focus on and desire. Have you tried a binding? I find that they can be highly effective at strengthening any relationship. There are may ways you can do one, and each has different effects. For example, you could take a picture of you and a picture of him. Place the two together facing facing each other. Stick together with some honey and if you like some herbs that symbolize love such as basil, chamomile, cinnamon, clove, daisy, ginger, lavender etc. Take a piece of chord and wrap it around the pictures while focusing on your intent. Remember only to focus on what you wish to have and not the negatives so that you will bring only the good into the relationship. Keep in a hidden place or seal it up and bury it. Also you should probably do this during a waxing or full moon, as that is the time for drawing and increasing of things. This is just one example. I need some advice on a love spell to cast, I am a Warlock of sorts, I don't care what kind of magic it is, I see them as the same basic thing, but accept that others may not. I mean well, but here is my situation, my In-laws, who are child beating rich alcoholic control freaks, have separated me and my wife, though my wife needed a rest, we are dealing with a lot at our apt., and I must get it past various inspections...I made some mistakes, I got to involved with politics, etc...and I let my place get realy dingy...but to separate me from wife, or rather to leave me in a very bad position and to not allow me to contact my wife, etc...well, I'm looking for some advice, I don't want revenge on my inlaws, I love my wife and she loves me, but is there a spell for such a situation?
