ok what are you trying to increase your memmory for? If you are trying to increase remembering your dreams, then write down everything as soon as you wake up so you can go back and process it later. If you are working with your psychic mind then try picturing a room that you have seen before, then remove everything off tables, windows, etc...put each item back in its proper place one by one using your mind till you can visualize it.

I suggest trying to add Anise into your diet. Add it to foods or brew into a tea. It should assist you in opening your mind to the highest psychic level that you are able to achieve at the moment. It strengthens focus, clairvoyance, divination and any mental excercises. This combined with just using basic memory practice should help. This is also productive as it will continue to help you as you grow. I believe that the Earth can produce what we need to assist us on our path. I am not a fan of using todays medicine as it has so many additives and everything is constantly diluted. Use your magical roots to help you.
