projecting thoughts

i was wondering if anyone know anything about altering a pesons thought through concintration or the relese of energy it also
know as introsive hippnosis i kinda need to know this .iv got
a methed but the only thing i can make people feel is fear and that is hit and miss

if you have a good methed i would like to hear it

imagine a psycic link between eachothers third eye and picture a vortex of whatever colour thought is to you flowing thru there third eye and into there head

It is better to control the energy of yourself than someone else.

The best way is to control the energy surrounding you without delving into some one's mind thought physically or astrally., unless you are being attacked then by all means defend oneself. It is just a matter of clearing the energy and one does not have to mess with an other's thoughts to do this.

However, when someone tries to control another it is not a good thing it is what it is control

The fact that someone wants to control something will not stop just at the quieting of the room but will continue in other aspects of the daily life in public stores and as well as in the home life

One aspect that is taught in the very beginning is that magick is used for the highest good and not for the act of self gratification or the control of anything for that matter.
