No, magick lies in everyone! It just takes a bit of practice and alot of belief.

Magic is inherent in every being. It may take years of practice to see consistent results with spells, it may take days... One thing I've noticed as I began practicing magic, was that its a lot more effective when the need is greater.

For example, when I had first got into Wicca I was mainly curious about it so I didn't really take any of the spells I wanted to execute seriously. I remember doing money spells out of greed and curiousity etc. etc. But a year later one of my friends really needed money because her father had gotten laid off the previous week, so we got together and performed a money spell. The next day her father won 45,000 from the Pennsylvania lottery.

So, my recommendation is to start with spells that will help satisfy a need. Or help a friend out, thats always fun and gratifying too!
