Personal Protection Close your eyes and picture yourself totally encased in a suit of armor. If you like, you can make it so that instead of just blunting negativity it radiates cheerfulness to others. You must renew regularly. (can use this for psychic protection as well) Give your suit of armor a mirror like surface, which reflects all unwanted energy, back to where it came from.

I've Posted this in light of the attacks happening lately. I do advise all members of our sister covens to practice these two protection spells and keep them close.
