im really young and my dad well i feel like he is snooping and his girl friend who is living in the same house temperarily is making me feel like she is defenetly snooping this is into my diary and magickal stuff like my binder with books, tarot things( cards,crystal, book, and cloth) and just around my room any sugggestions?
Well, they are your legal guardians, so it is their obligation to see if you are putting yourself in any danger. They just care about you and if you try to hide it, well, then they may see it as you have a reason to keep it from them.
Have you tried to explain the things that you are doing?
Maybe they do not understand. Just try to remain calm when explaining to them as different people have different reactions to wicca and witchcraft.
Also, politely request that it is your personal space and if they need to find out a few things, could they just ask?
well thx but my dad goes to church and thinks of this stuff as santanisim not another form of chistianity as i think of it my belifes are confusing and hard to control but i follow them well my dad just wont understand

I can't believe that so many people still have a medieval view on witchcraft. It predates christianity and that religion took up a lot of symbols from the craft. Have you told him that it is a nature based religion that empowers the self and is just nature worshipping?
I am not sure what you could do. Maybe you should keep it from view if that doesn't work. I know what I said before but it can make things easier lol. Its up to you.
just be calm and talk nicely to ur parents. tell them ur magick stuff will lost power or the power may be disturb if they touch it. dont scold them, respect ur parents. i m very sure that they do this because they love you n scare u doing something bad that may harm urself. or if u would like to put a lock i did agree, but u must know that this maybe will cause them to be sad. the best way is talk to them directly, but not scold them.

You can talk about it with your father and finally reveal your interest for wicca.If he goes mad you can stay calm and emotionally blackmail him.Talk to him in your sweetest,saddest and deepest tone.Talk about big things on wicca,your life,your interests...etc.
