I am a beginner, how do u cast a circle. And do you need supplies to cast one?

There's several sites all over the internet about circle casting, if you search them just be careful of what they say and check with a Mod or Member to make sure they seem good because like I said, some can be dodgy. You wouldn't want to get hurt when casting one.
