Herbal Remedies

greeting coven family here are a few herbal remedies that i have done research on and use my self for healing purposes.

White Willow Bark: very useful for fighting off fevers, migraine, excellent pain suppression.
Use: i normally drink it in a tea but you can grind it up to powder and pout it in capsules and so on.

Whole Cloves: excellent immune system booster, excellent cough suppressant mixed with honey, helps fight off viral infection.
Use:
i normally use it in a tea but you can grid up to powder and mix with ether coconut oil or olive oil and rub over the inflamed area to suppress the pain.

I believe you can buy white willow bark tea
so it's obviously got other things put in it or should it just be plain white willow bark?

in order to git maximum strength i would recommend just straight white willow bark tea. but if you are fighting a viral infection i would recommend combining white willow bark with whole cloves and brewing it in to a hot tea.
