6 tips for energy users

This is a post for people who are have trouble with energy.


Tip #1 Calm yourself and focus. Your not going to help yourself by being stressed out. If you are then calm down and try again later.

Tip #2 Visualize the energy. I see mine as a white cloud of energy flowing through my body. This really helps when your doing qi gong.

Tip #3 Use your mind for shaping it and pushing it. When I do my energy ball I visualize a white ball of light and push the energy in my body with my mind and shape it with my will.

Tip #5 Patience. Just remember that any form of magic takes time. It took my about 6 months before I noticed a change.

Tip #6 Intense mental shaping of energy. Take about 10 minutes a day or 30 minutes a week (whatever you can afford) and go outside (or inside) and use your imagination to create shapes. Hard ones I mean. This is where the "intense" part comes in. For example I form chi whips, balls (the size of beach balls), chi swords, shields (medieval ones), chi blasts (which are different from the balls), and chi pushes (kinda like on star wars lol). They are hard and work out your mind as well as your chi.

You forgot to mention how tired out this can make you working with chi for the first time can be exhausting. So always have a drink and something to eat afterwards.

oops yeah your right. LOL How the hell did I forget that??? I used to suffer from that all the time. All who read this Wiccan is right. It WILL tired you out for a while.

It is like when you work out. You lift heavy weights so that your strength grows. Then later that week you lift small weights. So that your muscles break down faster that way you can build them up faster. Your chi is no different. I consider it just another muscle. One that you can have high intensity workouts on. I know it is weird but it works. At least for me.

It doesn't matter what you visualise the energy as because 1) everyones different and 2) the visualisation just acts as a focal point.

Yeah that is true. I visualize one way and I am sure you do it another way. How do you visualize your energy if you don't mind me asking.

i got most of this on my own but there are a few things different.
1. i dont see one color i see many because i can see colors of auras and energy.
2. this has never tired me, it relaxes me and helps me think and focus. this has never actually strained me at all

Well chi or psi energy is tiring at first. But when you get to a certain strength with your energy that feeling isn't as pronounced. For me it used to tire me out all the time. But now that I have been doing it for about 6 months (maybe more not sure) it rarely wipes me out anymore.

I find it differs from what I'm using the enrgy for but if its just for exercises like this I usually visualise it as a white light shadowy thing (it's hard to explain) but I believe different colours can be used to direct it in different ways.
