spells = bad karma ?

does casting spells bring bad karma upon you ? does it use up your goodness to perform the spell and thus leave you with bad karma ... until you do good deeds again and earn good karma ?

Only "black magic" results in bad karma from what i know.
it depends on your intentions on the spell you do

I believe that if your spells are used for bad the karmic price is a hefty one, the law of three is applied to all things we do in life both good and bad. As was stated onceon this web sitethe law of three is symbolic of the body,mind, and spirit. your actions affect the three. just my two bits worth. Remember to justify your magick use if you do good the good comes back threefold inversely if you do bad the same law applies, It is also good tonrecall the witch's rede, an it cause no harm, my will be done.

You get bad Karma by doing negative things or if you are being selfish.

so if i do a lust spell for myself (and apparently be selfish) and then do a free spell to help someone other.. will it neutralize ? does it work that way ?

yes they bring karma to you if you harm some one or cast a spell on them
