Massaging your scalp with a hair safe oils daily speeds the process by increasing blood flow to the scalp and thus the hair follicles. Some oils have natural ingrediants that soak into the hair and scalp to speed healthy growth. But its the increased blood flow through the makes hair grow faster. When washing your hair using hot or cold water will retard the growth. Use lukewarm water. And don't wash your hair down to the scalp with shampoo and conditioner for not all of it at the scalp will get washed out and the residue will build up and clog the follicles. Hanging your head down for 10-15 minutes a day will (obviously) cause blood to increase around and at the scalp to increase hair growth. And lastly, trim your slit ends once every two weeks or once a month. For some reason keeping your split ends will halt the growth process of your hair.
