Magically? With that then the answer is you can't do it at all

with magic, and can improve a person's appearance and worsen. the only question is how much.
Rituals can be done on the growth of hair or baldness, may damage the skin or on the contrary get rid of skin diseases, etc.
but dramatically change the appearance of a person can not be!

You can cast a 'glamour' spell which would 'make' anyone who sees you 'see' something else. This is NOT a cure all if you don't like the way you look or to change your hair or eye color. This will not let others see you as a boy if your a girl and vice versa. Glamours were 'used' at some point in the burning age I'm sure to hide from the 'witch hunters'. Other than that you would need surgery to change your looks..

I've talked with a few adults on this site (not saying all adults are correct) and they have used spells to help with appearance and social life. I suggest that with any spells for appearance, you get exercise and maintain a diet with it as well. Assuming that person wants to look better.
