I recently did a wish spell and did things to help it and then forgot about
I had a dream that my wish came true a few weeks ago and remembered my wish then forgot it again
Then just this past week another dream like it does it mean my wish may come trye

Could be your subconscious wanting this to come true. Then again, if you dreamed about it, it could be a sign that it will be coming true. Not much help, but another person's look at it. Good luck.
