I highly doubt it would work. If you want wisdom from a dragon, then I suggest that you learn how to communicate with dragons and the rest that comes with learning about then and working with them. A spell isn't going to give you wisdom from another person. So I highly doubt, in my opinion, a spell would do that concerning spiritual creatures - like dragons.
Being that you don't know much about magick, you may want to indulge your self into study of the basics and what magick is. Then start working with the basics and work your way up from there.

dragon wisdom spell? doubtful it will. meditation and anstral projecting will connect you with dragons, from there you must earn their trust, then you will be taught by them.

im afraid to say that i am not prepared for astral projection, because of super nervosism and feear, and ik that in vibrational state no one can harm me but im just nor prepared.
Anyway wats the second best way to communicate with a dragon?
