I think I had my first A P after a lot of meditation. But I don't know, I meditated for a long time and this is what came up:
I was in a temperate forest. I wandered around looking with curiosity. The forest came upon a big clearing. It was a big field, there was a dirt path in the center leading to the other end. But, on the left side the field was red with heat the grass was red and orangy. On the right side it was blue and icy. The grass looked light blue. As I walked the path in the center, I stuck my one of my hands into each side of the field. I took them both out and looked at them. My left hand was red and it quickly turned to ashy black. My right hand turned was blue, but quickly turned into a icy look. I walked to the other side and sat at the root of a tree. I looked at my hands and felt upset for I didn't know what to do. Then I looked up and saw this stag slowly approaching. I just sat there silently watching it come closer. It stopped in front of me, and gently tapped its antlers onto my hands. My hands turned back to normal, and the stag turned and started walking away. I said "Thank you" and it turned its head to me and ran away. Then something inside me told me to Awake.
I believe this was my first A P, and I never expected this to actually happen but it did. And I'm not thinking this up otherwise I wouldn't be posting.
Thank you :)
I what it mean there could be a million things it meant. But I don't know. What was it with the field of ice and fire? Why did that stag come to me and heal my hands when it could have just take care of itself? Is it the future I may never know.

Don't look for meanings with projection. It isn't a dream that is to be interpreted. You went to a realm. You'll see many fantastic and unbelievable things when journeying. Don't "think" too much or try to analyze it. Just write it down. Later it may make sense, othertimes it will just be face value. The stag was obviously not a normal stag and must have brought you to this place. It could have been your animal guide or it could have been a spiritual being guiding you that shapeshifted. We feel less threatened by animal forms than people.
My first journey, I was led to a cave. A woman was in the cave, wearing a cloak. She bid me to peer into a well within the cave. When I did, I lost my footing and fell in head first. I couldn't swim in it, I sank, but I wasn't unable to breathe. I blacked out and woke up in my body feeling different and energized. The first journey is usually an "awakening" we experience something that sort of "baptizes" us into the spiritual world. Like passing a gateway before entering. The realm was balanced, yin and yang if you will. You walked inbetween and felt the urge to touch both despite their extremes. I assume you have chosen a balanced path, which is wonderful.
