Conjuring spells

I've found this spell called "Defiling the Gates of Pain" and I am really curious, what language is used in this spell? The chant sounds like this: "A-kahn-a-la. Shook-oh-leh-me. Yaa too High Yaa too High Yaa too High!" I think I've heard it somewhere but I can't remember what is it.

Frankly speaking, I disagree with people who chants or recite spell without knowing it's meaning. If you don't know what it use for and why you want to do it.. It much better to stay safe and not try it. Karmic Law working for real sometimes they said three fold in Magick.
