How to Approach Spirits?

First work with the Muldhara and go up before going to anja.

Second Learn meditation if you have not already

Third Learn ways to protect yourself from Negativity.- Herbs, crystals and etc.

Fourth, Study about spirits. Such as The spirit realm or Nature spirits or whatever spirits you wish to come in contact. And those you do not want. Learn how to repell them.

Fifth Perhaps before working with spirits why not get in touch with your spirit guide.

Just some basics before you go to that area in practice. Good Luck
