the blank rune :a thaught

Ok so in my keenings of the runes over time i have found that all runes represent a god an element and a part of the norse creation story not i have been investigating the so called blank rune now in my normal rune workings i don't use it for the simple reason that the runes to me represent that shape voice or a variation of such the issue i have with the blank rune is it has no shape and is formless so logically would have no sound then is started thinking about the ginuegapp (how ever the bloody hell you spell that lol) now i am starting to think the blank rune might represent that because in the stanza's is says it was shapeless with out form or sound what do other people think of this would love to hear some opinions on it

The blank rune never had a traditional standing in rune lore until Ralph Blum included it in his book/rune set kits in the 1980s. He suggested that it was to represent the "unknowing". Essentially when you shake a magic 8 ball and it says, "try asking again later" that is the blank rune's function.

It's fairly illogical to assume a rune that means nothing would be used by our ancestors. It's just a silly idea, and I usually exclude to blank rune from my practices.
