Am I correct?

I think that when I go to sleep instead of dreaming I,m in another world just like this one...Everytime I wake up from a fight or a battle if I was hit or bleeding in the "Dream" the exact same thing happens here...This is really hard to explain so message me for details.

We live in alots of others astrals worlds but we know and we are conected just to this one. I would like to talk to you about this if you would like too

My experience is much like yours, I feel like my spirit guide or some angels takes my soul to a place where I can connect with souls of people I love, I connect and talk without restrictions... and when its time to wake up I am in my body and I have got the message, all that they want to say but dont say due to anger or shyness or just anything :)

When you sleep, you somehow astral project yourself, but without knowing it. While you are in the dream, we don't really know what ur bodies are doing. (I've read this quite many times)
