Psi Balls or nothing more than balls made of energy. Once you are able to successfully create a Psi Ball you can program it to do as you wish. The more powerful the Psi Ball, the greater chance of achieving your intentions.
First off, a Psi Ball is possible because of the Chakras in our hands. Research Chakras to find out more.
First thing first,
1.Cleanse Your Aura
2.Ground Yourself
3.Shield Yourself
Once those are done, let's begin: If you know how to make a Psi Ball you can skip to the second part.
Turn off all disturbances in the surrounding and sit in a quiet place. You can even do this lying down. Place your hands inches apart from each other, with the palms facing towards each other. Now cuff your hands as though you are holding a ball. Your hands should not touch. They should look similar to this: 69
Part 1 - Creating a Psi Ball
1.Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths concentrate on your breathing.
2.Now imagine white universal energy entering your head through the Crown Chakra (The Color Violet)
3.Let the white light move down and spread to every part of your body. Let the energy flow through your veins.
4.As it passes through each part you should feel that specific spot getting relaxed.
5.Let the energy move down to your feet, and come out through your hands.
6.Feel the energy flowing out through your palms. Spend a few minutes feeling this energy flowing through your palms.
7.Now hold out both your hands, palms facing each other, about four inches apart. Make sure that your elbows are supported.
8.Slowly start moving your hand out and in.
9.With each breath that you inhale, let your hands move out apart a bit, and while exhaling let them come closer.
10.Let your hand movement resemble such an inward and outward motion.
11.Focus all your attention on your palms, and soon you might experience some kind of a sensation on your palms.
12.Once you start feeling it, then with each breath move out your hands farther, so that the psi ball increases in dimension.
13.Make it as tight as it can be, and focus all your attention on it.
The more focus you have the more vibrant the ball will become. At first you might feel the ball, but you might not be able to see it. That is normal. Practice makes perfect. Keep up the good work.
Once you create a Psi-ball, then the next step is to program it.
Part 2 - Programming The Psi Ball:
1. Visualize a clear picture of your goal, intention or what you wish to do, or happen.
2. In case you want someone to get well, you would envision the persons face, and say there name.
3. You would then visualize that person free from all diseases, or pain. Imagine them smiling.
4. Now project this picture into your energy ball.
5. Focus this picture on your energy ball for a few seconds.
6. Without opening your eyes, speak to your energy ball. Tell it to go out into the world, and bring to you what you desire.
7. Then release the energy ball by bringing your hands above your head and then letting it go.
8. Open your eyes.
**Note: You can state a goal, a wish, you can heal, send positive energy, release stress, release fear, worries, anxiety, pain, etc. If you breathe into the ball before you start to program it, the ball will become stronger.
Can I make it visible? I can make psi balls pretty easily. It just starts to form automatically if i bring my hands in a position to make psi ball. I can feel it pulling my hands and repelling it sometimes and also i can shift it from one hand to another. But even though I try very much I can't make it visible.
I have the same issue. A lot of magic, you can't really see it happening, but all I can say is keep trying. Believe that you will get it sometime soon, and you just might.
Amazing stuff Tyler, Im going to give this a go. I have felt the power of energy in my hands many, many times (I practise Reiki) and also can feel auras. The first time I tried, I closed my eyes and rubbed my hands together, keeping my eyes closed I then gently pulled my hands slightly apart, the more apart they were (around 10 inches) the more of an urge I had to push back inwards, on doing this I felt the energy, almost like a sponge, it was amazing, the pushing, pulling action really made the energy 'feelable'.
