I have clairvoyance and don't know how to control it. any suggestions or tips on how i can control it better ? Please help me!

The only thing I do differently is rather than counting seconds for breaths, I just breathe in and out fully.

I'm not totally sure but maybe third eye opening and control may help too? Someone please correct me if that isn't accurate.
