You had me at hello...

I'm not sure what to say but I guess hello could be a nice way to start, huh? So, hello! My name is Wendaline and I know close to nothing about magic, spirituality, or well anything for that matter. I am, however, very intrigued and willing to learn anything and everything.

Hello hello!
I'm new as well, to the site and to the practice :)
It tends to run in my family, but as I'm living in redneck close-minded areas... There hasn't been much chance for me to spread my wings and learn more. That is, until I moved in with a fellow open-minded curious pagan with internet access Lol

My name is Jenn, although many call me Pseudo.
Send me a message at anytime, or even an email :) :)

Glad to meetchya!

I have some books so check on that (I'm not sure how reliable they are though) but I really need to learn how to meditate. It kind of agrivates me. I like to go, go, go. Any good ideas on how to quiet a mind?

hi huni, meditation sounds harder then what it is find a quite place i find the bath never fails lol allow ur mind to clear all thoughts like shopping list or things to do and listen to ur breathing for a min while ur mind relaxes listen to ur heart beat and listen to ur breathing , u could also light a few candles and listen to the crackles from the hot wax good luck xx

i agree with spiritwolf a long hot bath is a good way to meditate hey even add some bubblebath and some candles and maybe even some comforting music it doesnt matter what kind just whatever relaxes you whether it be rap hiphop classic rock country opera hard rock heavy metal celtic etc though it really dosnt matter if you are in the bath or lying in bed or sitting on the floor with your legs cross as long as you are comfortable and it relaxes you also deep breathing is a good way to relax and calm your mind body and soul
