What's the best spell to use for young children to stop them from having nightmares? I also would like to know what others think about a protection talisman for a young child ?

A satchet with lavender and agrimony can promote restful sleep. Also limiting intake of violent images and thoughts before bed, as well as a healthier set of eating habits can help achieve more restful sleep.

I don't know about any spells for that, but you can look into dream catchers.

First, you must know that nightmares are something normal for a human life,it's not possible after you do something (a ritual or other thing)to have only beautiful dreams forever.

Lavender is good for that or chamomile (a tea which must be drink before bedtime)

Valerian is also good.

A nightmare could be caused by a few things. If its in fact Night Terrors seek a professional asap. A key sign of Night Terrors though is the person wakes up screaming, but cannot recall why, or that they even woke up screaming. A nightmare could be a waking fear manifesting in the child's dream state, might also be the result of the food they ate before bed. Cheese and many dairy products are known to cause intense nightmares. Maybe try a sleep pillow with lavender to help the child sleep sound, but i don't know if this would help their dreams. If these nightmares persist, seek a professional.

I usually give my niece chamomile with lemon and honey before I send her to bed. Children are more prone to nightmares if they eat too much during dinner, so best is to give your kids plenty of water and some warm tea. And as an extra spray lavender scent on their pillows before bed.

I think that she may be having Night Terrors. When she has them she cries out and talks in her sleep. When she's having them we can't wake her for 10 to 20 minutes. It's is a very helpless feeling.

I used to have bad night terrors when I was going through a really bad period in my life, its so hard as there was nothing I could do my only good news was that I had a good partner who always woke me up as he was a light sleeper when I had the night terrors, but when the bad time was over in my life after that the night terrors seemed to abate a little. I do still have them but they are not as regular, but as for the lavender I will try that as well so thanks for that advice goodness and light.
