Lol, no, but I'm glad people know what windigos are. If windigos are real, they wouldn't be physical, they would be like demons or spirits. They cannot physically harm you, and you have nothing to fear as they are probably not real, just a legend.

:) Banshees are also concidered spirits, they can do not physical harm. In physical sense they are not real, they are like Neko said, a legend.

I know I replied to this already [but I want to elaborate on my post] Banshee's, Windigo's, Dream Weavers and any other spirit you've heard of are real, but they aren't physical beings. If they attack you, they're draining your spiritual essence. You won't be physically attacked by them, but prolonged visits can leave your body drained of energy which can over time affect your physical health. A dream about one of these entities doesn't automatically mean one was attacking you in the dream realm [or astral, ethereal or any other realm you saw them in] they could be an archetype your mind used to convey a message. Just keep your protections up and you'll be fine. If you come across one in the astral or other plane, you think of your room and you'll return home. Then research what keeps these beings away and use that in future. [Lastly, this post was from about a decade ago, so there was no reason to bring it back from the dead]
