You can not change the mind of others. But you may well achieve certain results, if you will control your own mind, not by an influence to others.

Your parents probably have your welfare at heart. Perhaps you are too young to go out alone in a country such as Kuwait.It can be dangerous in any country for a young girl to go out alone!
It doesn't sound unreasonable based on your age and location that they won't allow you to go out alone. I wouldn't allow my daughter to do it either. Sit down with them and ask them why and when it may be possible. If you approach it in an adult manner then they will (hopefully) treat you as one.
