Sure, a spell can persuade a person, but if they do it or not is another story. You need to use enough energy to overpower their free will. If they are a strong free spirit type, don't hold your breath. If it's a timid person, you might have better luck. Though, why not save up and buy this hypothetical game yourself?

Try casting a wish spell and visualize you receiving the game as a gift from the person. [But if you want to wave your hand and they zombie like obey, no, magick can't do that]

Runewindd, like Neko stated, you can't completely control anything. Free will is untakeable, but you can influence the mind, but there is still lots of debated about that. As for the statement from grimace, you can't become a vampire, it's not possible. The closest thing you can become to a vampire, is a physich vampire, they are not real vampires, that don't have the mythical abilities a lot of televisions have on the subject.

They are called physich vampires, because they are like leeches. They drain the energy from anything.
