There is a lot of controversy when it comes down to these apps that claim to give accurate tarot readings. I believe 100 percent in them due to the fact it's all based on the energy you are putting into it. With a clear mind and an open heart, there should be no reason these apps do not work. The only other reason I could think they don't work is because the app itself is full of bugs or doesn't have the or right information. The following apps always give me an accurate reading and also help me with learning all the cards meanings. I hope they can help you as much as they help me
1. GALAXY TAROT (my personal favorite)
2. TAROT READINGS
3.HOROSCOPES AND TAROT
NOTE I own a Samsung galaxy and these might only be available on their app market

I have the Ukiyoe deck both physically and on my smart phone. Ukiyo-e means Floating World and references a style of traditional Japanese art. Though I have lost the booklet to come with it that talked about the symbolism in Japan, I really love the deck (the version on my phone is in Spanish and I can link anyone to the free download on Google Play if they ask).
I see no reason why we can't use digital programs for things like Tarot. While I would forego what the app says, the simple act of drawing cards a certain way can force the reader to think about things from a different perspective - which is often the biggest use of Tarot, regardless of whether or not there is belief in psychic or spiritual capability.

Ive used galaxy tarot before. though i didnt care for it as much if trying to do a reading with it or for guidance as much as my physical cards. I currently have the Darkana tarot app on my phone and like it much better, though it is not a free app.
well I still do not trust these apps.... and based on energy you are putting into it?
now what is that supposed to mean?
is it really possible for a normal phone?
some apps from play store are all fake and funny, it gives a very good explanation that its really but who knows what programming they use to make it?
If your energy and intent is clear there should be no reason it doesn't work, plain and simple. That's what I mean by what I said. It can work on any phone, it's the same concept of someone reading over the phone or my readings thru the mail for users on this site.
Just how the tarot cards we use are all coming from a factory, does that mean they are less divine? With our energy and intent we are able to use these cards for fortune telling. If a DECENT APP one that isn't just for entertainment purposes that offer a tarot deck to you where you can shuffle cut and select your own cards if you treat it as your own deck the results will be amazing
To tell the truth, the apps are based off of randomizing the cards. Thats all it really is, which is about the same as those dice apps. If they were to work based off of the energy you would have to have psychokinesis or something (which, while I believe in that, I doubt the average Joe is capable of doing such displays).
Psychokinesis is the ability to move objects with your mind. I don't understand how that makes sense. When I'm speaking about energy I'm talking about clearing your mind over your phone while you mediate. If you are able to cut and shuffle a deck virtually, your subconscious will be responsible for the cards you pick. Just like if you had a deck in your hand.
I am NotPsionics other account. Look, the thing is is that to do so would be in some way manipulate eletrical energy, in which case, again, not many can do, if any at all. And if it works, then great! But whats the use if you drop your phone and you cant use the phone... and the app... again?
You make a valid point, I just don't think it really has to do with electric energy manipulation. I think it is based on your energy as a whole and your intent of use. I have found these apps to be very helpful and accurate in more ways then one and I am not able to do electrokinesis. Let's just agree to disagree, haha.
