read books on the subject listen to a CD I can recommend a good one Shamanic Meditations by Sandra Ingerman it deals how to find your power animals

Shamanism is a broad path with many different paths within it. It can vary greatly, depending on who you ask. If you'd like to send me a message, I can provide you with some resources to look into.

I would like to Learn more about shamanism I have tried other fields of study such as demonology and Satanism. But I was able to open a hell gate. That's something. May not be wise but it was my choice to do so. Sorry if I was going off subject. I have a bad habit of doing that. I really want to learn about shamanism.
