Am i seeing things

while I was walking the hallway I felt a very odd sensation all of a sudden looked down and saw a white shape run past my leg it was 3d but it looked like a white shadow. am I seeing things or is it some sort of spirit ?

It might be spirits

I agree with cursed soul. I thinl it might be a spirit.

I have seen things like that too. I have reason to say this because of personal experience but I'm pretty sure it was a spirit. Pay attention to other things happening when you see things like that. A couple of things to look for are possible messages in dreams, those gut feelings that are trying to tell you something, and even the history of where you're at. There's a lot more I'm sure that could be listed, but like I said this just my take on what I've experienced so far.

thanks for the posts everyone but ever since I saw that one I have had more than the odd one in my room is this good or bad, they don't seem to be causing any harm and I have a evil protection charm over my door.

This happened to me 3 times,they mean no harm

if it gets out of hand I suggest using smudge to cleanse the house. all use a lemon to take in the bad energy. as above and below. they lemon ackes like a cleaning detergent wile the skin takes in the bad energy
