I recommend Scott Cunninghams "encyclopedia of magical herbs" And
"The healing power of herbs" by Michael T. Murray, N.D.
"And the encyclopedia of natural medicine" Michael T. Murray is the co- author of the book

Hi all, i'm new here but I am a huge book worm & love my books so couldn't help chimming in here. I don't know if you have heard of Christopher Penczak but he has quite a few book which are to be worked through in a year & a day starting from the basics of witchcraft up to more advanced. His first book which I am working through myself at the moment & although not new to witchcraft by any means, it is really good to go back to basics & fill in any holes in my knowledge. The book accompanied by a CD set as well which you purchase seperatly is I think just great & will take you from zero up to initiation at the end going through topics such as the science of magick, casting spells, defence, astral work, healing etc. The first book is called "The inner temple of witchcraft". Hope thats helpful.
