If someone lets say they grab your arm and dont let go. just say fractura Fract ture ah. and it should depending on how well its done it could just cause pain or break something

Nothing you say spell wise will stop them from attacking you, and nothing but brute force will break an arm or cause severe pain.

If you want self defence, then learn self defence, magick won't do anything to help without you doing something to help yourself.

Sorry, but no. No spell you say, expecially something that sounds like it came from Harry Potter, is going to cause physical damage to another as you are describing. Magic simply does not work in that fashion.

Perhaps you would do better learning about real magic. I would suggest the following books to help you out:

"Real Magic" by Isaac Bonewits

"Modern Magick" by Donald Michael Kraig
