new to everything magic

hey. i dont actually know anything about covens, or anything revolving around magic, i am hoping to get some help and i even tried casting many of your spells a few years ago, but to this day none of them work. Anyone willing to help?

You need to study and learn how magic works. There are several posts pinned to the top of this forum that should help to get you started.

No spells are guaranteed to work. You need to learn. A lot. Magic isn't something you mess with. It can potentially be dangerous.

I'm new to this whole thing but looking for insight on how voodoo dolls work and how it's possible for one to work in reality?

It takes a long time and a lot of practice and skill to be able to do voodoo and it's really a bad place to start. If you don't know what you're doing whatever magic you do could backfire on you.

My first recommendation to you is to forget anything that you've seen on television or the cinema about magic, as real magic has nothing to do with what is presented there. As stated above, there are a couple of pinned posts that will help you get started on learning. This is something that takes effort and study, not something you pick up as a hobby or weekend activity; magic is a lifestyle to many. Spells aren't the right place to start off, first you have to understand how magic works as well as "basics" before jumping right into spells.

Voodoo dolls are a hollywood invention, there is no such thing although there are at times dolls used in workings such as to cleanse or protect a person; it is very far from what you see in hollywood. Voodoo is a religion and not a magical practice, although magic is enterwined within it; Voodoo is a belief system and religion.
