What do you mean by "he is getting very violent?"

Do a banishing ritual and then cast a circle around the house or around the bedrooms, also i also need to ask, how is it becoming violent?

Burn sage to purify the house. Go through everyroom, even the garage and basement. If you can then go outside and walk around the house and property. Remeber to move in a clockwise motion as you purify and think of having a clean space that will stay that way.

HALT! Before any of that, try asking the spirit why it means to be violent... Spirits have a reason to do thier actions... If those reasons are not suitible, THEN banish it.

lol what worked for me was making a magick seal and sealing the ghost inside of it * the harmful ones.
