I am not sure why anyone would want to.

I know many people who work with the fae and they are very tricky, where I live there are many stories about people going with the fae and needless to say it never ends well.

Anyway a spell also won't transport you somewhere else, that is simply not the way it works.

I have tried to befriend one but failed. One spell that worm for me is this; The Fairy Call

A Spell for Summoning the Fairies
Sit where the cat sits. Cross your toes.
Close your eyes. And smell a rose.

Then say under your breath:

"I believe in fairies, sure as death."
Gadflykins! Gladtrypins!
Gutterpuss and Cass!
Come to me fairily
Each lad and lass!

I know this worked because I can sense them after this. Haven't befriend one but still remember, try to bring an apple or a rose.

You can enter the Faeries realm by Astral Projection. Fairies realm is a non-physical dimenssion, which means you have to be able to visit the spirit world; you do that by mostly Astral/Etherial Projection.
I don't think a spell can help you to that.

The "realm" of the Fae is figurative in the same way you use "underground" to describe something illegal or unofficial.
Think of their realm as a sort of territory marker as in the Fae territory. With that you must understand how broad of a term it is as the word "Fae" these days basically refers to any kind of living creature (the culture of its origins hardly matters) not described by scientific taxonomy. Which yes, includes more than just Tinkerbell.
