You may want to be a bit more specific, are we talking the history of British Traditional Witchcraft, Italian Witchcraft, Brazillian, Spanish, Mexican etc etc etc etc there is no one all encompassing 'Witchcraft' - there is a lot of different kinds out there, different beliefs, practices and cultures.

history of witchcraft? not too sure if there is one. there's many teaching guides like The Witches Bible by the Farrars which gives a lot of good information. Bucklands Complete Book of Witchcraft begins with witchcraft in history. At the same time, there's various aspects of human history where witchcraft is involved [ancient man, druidism, the witch trials, witches in popular culture] so is there a specific aspect?

Weatherwax, I understand that there is a broad spectrum of books, I personally was just curious to see what would be the most popular. I honestly didnt even think of how many different countries would have differnt histories. I would be open to read about any all different sides of the spectrum. I love to read and accuire as much knowledge as I can.

Nekoshema, I actually have Bucklands and am currently waiting on Farraras. I honestly just wanted real peoples suggestions instead of a generated search by googles engines, does that make sense? I was actually curious to see if anyone would suggest A History of Witchcraft by Jeffrey B. Rusell because it is a book that has come up in my search often. :-)
