last night I had a dark dream, that was so evil that it scared me. I woke up and walked around for a bit and when I went back to sleep I was back to were I left my dream when I woke up. I don't remember a lot of it but this is what I do remember. I was walking with a bunch of people (not sure where) and then everyone stopped looked at me and attacked me. When they were done I was not the same. I tattooed with strange symbols on me and filled with darkness and hate. I wanted to kill everything around me. I did not care if you friend or foe. I was flying all around and my wings were like the devil wings and was attacking someone when I woke up because of my alarm going off. I have not felt right since that dream. Could someone please up me understand this dream and what I can do to feel better. I am new to all of this and scared what it might mean. I am to go out of town next week and don't want this feeling. Thank you for any help you can give me.
Nightmares are always the worst. If you are up for it, I would try meditation and grounding before you sleep. The dream could possibly be something in your subconscious is bugging you. Considering you have not 'felt right' it could be that negative energy is circulating around you. I always find that carrying an amethyst stone or clear Quartz helps for me. Amethyst is also useful for a peaceful sleep.
thank you, I will do what you have mentioned and see what happens. I have a friend who is doing a cleansing of my soul spell and I have done one as well. I feel a little better but still feel like there is something out there trying to get my attention. I am trying to look up the symbols that I felt being scratched into me and a few I found and others I have no clue. I have this feeling that if I write the symbols down they will stay with me for ever. That's why I'm just looking them up

Most dreams (especially nightmares) have deep reasonings for it. Nightmares can stem from your amygdala becoming overactive. Your amygdala is the small part of your brain that holds/controls negative emotions, thoughts, etc. So it's very possible that you have a fear (not necessarily a phobia) of others turning on you. The reaction of yours was you lashing out in anger and confusion.
I would recommend talking to someone personal that you trust about stressful moments/days as stress can be a contributor to becoming susceptible to nightmares and overpowering fears subconsciously. . Meditation, as stated before, is a great way to help control this.
you know I never thought about that. We are going out of town next week and there are going to be a lot of people around that I don't know. I wonder if that's playing a roll in all of this. They are my boyfriends family and a few I have met and others I have not. I'll meditate about it tonight for clarity and see what happens. Thank you very much
Nightmares are horrible. You can look up online the meanings of your dream. I think there's a website called Dreammoods.com that can help you interpret your dreams. I wouldn't be too worried about them unless you are getting them every night. I would just recommend meditation before sleeping. Nature Noises are great way to help you fall asleep soundly and relax you. You could listen to Binaural Beats on youtube also. They have many soundtracks for peaceful dreams and sleep. Maybe give it a try. Try not to be scared. Remember its just a dream and you are in control of it. Tell yourself that you must not be scared. Dont be worried about it. I wish you the most peaceful sweet dreams ~
