Gypsy's confuse me still

I'm still confused about what a gypsy is. Are they Fortune Tellers? Are they not. Are they wandering thieves using magic to get away with it? Being a Palm Reader, and an Fortune-Teller-In-Training, I need to know what a gypsy is and what they do.

Gypsys of great witches one with the earth. No they are not thieves. They are great fortune_tellers. they are great with seeing premenitons and one with the elements
