After life in centerrealm

In many stories and religion ,many said that when someone died
Go to heaven or hell,but as I understand there are astral kingdom too in center between hell and heaven,there are so many dimension
My question is do actually we can just live spectrally after died
But not in hell or heaven ?
So what is your opinion about this case ??
