Helpful spirits/shadows?

Hello again, ever since I was little I have felt strange presences. When I was younger I believed my house was haunted, but as I got older I realized these presences never do anything except watch me. No one else in my family feels or sees these presences except me. By the way the presences have a white or black appearances and look like they are from the old days. Sometimes these spirits help me in kind ways, like giving me energy and when I am home alone, sometimes tell me small things in my head. When I get home from school with my energy drained from me not being about to control my empathy everyday, they help m get back to they I was before.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who knows friendly shadow beings. When you look them up, you usually find something about them being evil. Maybe some, but certainly not all. My shadow being friend is a lot like the ones you mentioned. He sometimes helps by giving me energy or healing a small pain. He even told me his name. When I focused on him in my mind, he sent me images that when put together form what he looks like.

It sounds like you have ancestors watching over you, or , if you're into reincarnation, people you once knew may be helping you out. If they're continually helpful, there's nothing to worry about :) I got my own slew of guardian spirits that like to watch over me. Sometimes they appear as white figures, sometimes as shadows. They don't scare me (Unless I ask for it, lol) and are very helpful.

A year or so ago I had a similar presence. I thought he was my friend, and he would help me in ways like yours does. He also gave me advice, and seemed to also have control on how the world worked. He could change things that had happened, and things that were going to happen. Several times saved me from mistakes I had made and changed who I was at the time. Then, one day, without warning, he disappeared. He only came back months later, and he was very upset for no reason. I remember him yelling at me and growing very large and becoming a dark color. It had been like he was speaking in a different language, even though I knew it was English. I could not understand anything that he was saying, and I was very scared. I have not seen him since then. These presences can be very kind but they also have a dark side that I'm sure could be deadly if they meant it so. So do be careful.
