Trail of tears

Can anybody explain me about trail of tears when doing a candle spell? Does it mean the spell will be unsuccessful? Or obstacles?

Magically speaking, a trail of tears is when a candle has many tiny bumps running down it that signify actual tears. When performing candle reading this would tell you that the person in question is or will be/ has been crying or expressing, or even sharing a (usually genuine) emotion. I don't want to include anymore right now because I'm not sure if this is what your question was about. But if this what you would like more information on than I'd be happy to tell you more.
