Can i use a script that i invented myself? This script is an alternate alphabet for the english language. It is a combination of the greek and anglo saxon alphabets for use with the english language. Would it be okay to use?

Absolutely.

I don't see why not, spells usually work more effectively if you use the language you are most comfortable with.

If you`re writing for yourself, then there`s nothing that stops you from using the script that you feel most comfortable with. However, if you`re writing for others to read and follow along, remember that they may not know the script and have a hard time with it without explanation.

whatever personalizes things to you, use it. when i started out i used Draconic Runes to write my BoS, at the time it was to make it so only i knew what was in the book, but years later after not using Dragonic Runes in years i question why i choose to do this because it takes me twice as long to decipher it. [i remember a handful of symbols, so i have to now find a root word and start piecing it together] point is, keep a cheat sheet somewhere just in case one day you need it. [i put it in a completely different BoS]

Some practitioners write there own spells or rituals in alternative language as most spells usually work best in latin, but each caster is allowed to use what they feel will work best for them

It's all based on preference, words are a way to help you visualize and focus energy better, you can make up your language and if you can visualize what you want to acheive with the spell you are casting, and if it's realistic, you can acheive it.
