Unwanted entity/spirit?

Hello, recently I delved into the world of using subliminal messages/hypnosis to help with day to day things until I came across a video that said it could simulate s*xual intercourse with an incubus (essentially not summon one but still feel like it is 'doing it' with you. Long story short, I now feel as if the simulation was real and has, in fact, summoned an incubus to me. Evidence:
As I was falling asleep in bed I could feel being watched by something.
I could feel my stomach being pressed on and other parts of my body being held.
I saw some sort of demonic entity in my dream, as well as things that 'help me' if you get the jist of it.
Plus I woke up in a sweat, slightly wet (not just sweat?)

Any ideas on what this is would be appreciated as it is very unnerving for me.

Try a banishing spell first. If that doesn't work, contact whoever made the subliminal and try to reverse it.

Typically what you should do when you think you have an entity you don't want around is banish, cleanse, and then protect in that order. That is a highly repeated phrase here on SoM.

Is it possible that it is friendly as it only made me 'happy' and increased my libido a bit, only thing that scared me was the face of some sort of demonic dog toy or something like that?

I don't know much about Incubi other than that they are sexual beings that supposedly feed off of the energy of the people they attach to. Some people consider them demons. I personally would not want a spirit being feeding off of my energy, demon or not. I don't think he would be 'helping you' without wanting something in return.

May be a hallucination then, haven't felt deprived of energy since it started, nor overnight

That's definitely a possibility, or just very vivid dreams.

Spirits never actually physically manifest. Sexual intercourse would require actual physical touch. While I can't speak much to the nature of succubi/incubi, I would think they would be most likely to interact through dreams. Whether or not an actual separate entity, or a manifestation of one's self made into a thought form of sorts through built up desire that is not acted upon, I cannot say. It's never been something that interests me. As with any spirit that maybe harmful, cleanse, banish, etc. Or don't, it's your prerogative.

Personally I absorb their negative energy into myself and turn into my own magical energy. It’s takes away their negativity and they leave me alone after that. If you want I can tell you how if this idea interests you.
