get rid of demon??

So I feel like I have no options left so ive come out on here to see if anyone can help. A few years ago (almost 3) I did a release a demon spell. I didn't read up on how to do it safely and in return I woke up after completely the spell to bite marks on my book of shadows. I have no pets, so I know it couldn't have been that. Reason I al asking for help now is because it's been years of me trying to rid myself of This thing that shown itself to me only partly to say to me "I am the inferno" which makes no sense to me among other things such as me smiling without my will throwing knifes at people without making the deson to move my own hand and friends commmenting I'm looking grey and sick. If you do not believe this please do not comment but anybody that has any ideas on how to help please let me know

Spirits, and this includes demons, cannot interact with the physical world. So unless you were mounted by this being and got up in the night yourself to gnaw on your book, then it was completely unrelated. As for your comment about not responding if one doesn't believe you, Spells of Magic is not an echo chamber. You won't always get the answer you want.
