Beofre you disregard me as a fluff, let me explain what I mean in the title.
I mean Crystals that are good for contacting the dead and/or with crystals whose energy attracts the deceased.
Also, I would like to know what kinds of crystals do the opposite by repelling the dead, if there are any.

Quartz is an excellent all-purpose crystal because it is highly programmable. So you could prepare the crystal for either intent before doing your working.
Crystals cut into a skull tend to act as a good effigy, and are useful in dream work, accessing knowledge, and connecting with human spirits.
As for soecific crystals, any grounding stone will do very well in protecting against negativity and negative entities. Raw iron, Obsidian (or snowflake obsidian), black Kyanite, Onyx, smokey quartz, apache tears, and labradorite are all pretty common.
For connecting with spiritual entities, most dream-working or uplifting stones would do well. Herkimer diamond, blue Kyanite (which also clears and aligns energy), Celestite, serpentine, moldovite (expensive but powerful) scrying stones, and clear quartz are all useful.
Most often connecting with entities are a matter of personal openness and awareness. The crystals don't necessarily draw spirits in so much as they facilitate your own ability to connect with them. Any stone that enhances awareness, raises vibration, and clears or cleanses energy would assist you.
while I don't know any crystals to repel spirits by themselves, you could program/enchant any crystal that is good for protection to ward off spirits. For that, i'd recommend Black Tourmaline or Obsidian.
If you're trying to invite a spirit into your home that you loved, family, the person you were in a relationship with. I recommend doing so by using the power heart chakra crystal, Rose Quartz. It helps by bring the spirit by using vibrations that invigorate them. There are also a lot of different ways to get in touch with the deceased, I would be careful spirits often lie to us. As far as repelling the dead, I am not too sure however I'll be listing some crystal's that help repel negative energy.
Black Tourmaline.
Black Tourmaline, is really powerful for repelling negative energies. Placing it by an entry acts as a door not allowing any negative energy to enter. It's also great to keep it in your space not letting negative energy within your space.
Black Onyx
This is more of a 'carry me with you' crystal. Since it absorbs negative energy, rather than you. Great for when you're out in public and there's a ton of different energies you don't want the negative energy going to you and this crystal absorbs it so you don't have to worry.
Apache Tears Obsidian
This crystal is also a powerful crystal (In my opinion) not only does it release any negative or lower emotions but it also helps heals them. It is known for healing people's sadness after losing someone they loved.
