Which race hast the strongest blackmagic or it depends on the person who is gifted or pass down to his or her student?

blackmagick is the type of magick one studies. There is no race or person who is gifted in it. You can get a teacher to teach you blackmagick but you will have to work at it, studying and practicing just like everything else.

magick is magick is magick

magick is black

and

magick is white

therefore white is black.

exactly...magick is magick.

But depending on you the way the magick goes is entirely up to you.
After all its not the magick that is "bad" or "black" but the caster who can be good or bad.
