I wouldn't take my word for it being as I am really new to spell casting and Wicca, but I don't think there would be a spell to change someones free will. If there is, then I wouldn't recommend using them, seeing as it could backfire real badly. Maybe a banishing spell of some sort? It could at least get negative energy away. If the person is REALLY causing you trouble, I would recommend actually talking to them, or even using the spell I'll link here. I sound contradicting seeing as it's a spell having to do with someones free will, but maybe it could help. Good luck with your problem! Link: https://wiccanspells.info/a-freezer-binding-spell/
I really recommend looking into that website more. They have lots of info and reliable sources. Again, you don's have to take a newbies advice, but I can try!

If you own the house, you can simply ask them to leave. If they don't, you can get the law involved.
If you don't own the house, it is sometimes possible to do spells that increase the chances of someone doing something. They probably won't just take off right after without any preparation, unless they're the type of person who would do that anyway, but you can make it more likely that other living situations will arise for them, or make it more likely that they'll seek out these situations.
I don't have a particular spell for the purpose, as I like to write my own spells (from my experience, spells tend to be more effective if the caster writes them). However, as long as you know the basics of magick, you could tweak any spell to make it work for you (within reason; the spell can't be something impossible like shapeshifting).
Something like a new beginnings spell might be helpful. Casting a spell to help the individual find a new beginners rather than forcing them out of your house might cause less spiritual resistance from them, and might be a little easier to cast, since you're leading someone in a positive direction rather than forcing them out of a situation (I don't inherently have a problem with magick that does things like that, I just think the latter would be more likely to cause complications). If you choose to do this, there are resources on correspondents for new beginnings (such as the new moon).
All these suggestions are according to my personal practice and experience, though, so take what works for you.
Well said! A spell of new beginnings written with a positive intent that the person finds a better suited situation would be great. I like to use the Rune Jera. I cant sraw it here but if you look it up youll find it. Its a rune of gentle revolution and new beginnings. I would probably write a spell around that.
