Depends how you measure wisdom I guess. I can't think of an Egyptian God of stupidity, and they're all pretty wise in their own right. Thoth would theoretically be the wisest because of what he rules over I think. As for Set, he did think of a way to trick his brother, convince people to follow him, and he did rule for a time. Plus he's the god of chaos [among other things] so he would be wise in those departments more than, say, calculus.
What is the scale you're working with here? Are you ranking them like if they all took a standardized test or do you need help in a particular aspect of life? [study, math, medicine] or are you simply drawn to Set and are curious about his intellect for secular reasons?

He also rules the dessert, storms, disorder, violence and foreigners. Chaos is just one part of his resume. He's not exactly evil [though by many people's standards killing your brother, usurping the throne, and then doing battle with your nephew is pretty evil... and the motivation for Scar come to think of it] but he has been seen in many positive ways and is a balance to Horus.
He is a great deity to call upon if you wish to work with chaos and destructive energies, but if you're approaching him [or any God really] from a place of superiority, you're probably going to have a hard time. Best case he ignores you.
I would research Set, and if he tickles your fancy, try calling on him to work with. Just treat him with respect.
And spiritual knowledge, and I’m taking a guess is the knowledge of spirits, meaning ghosts, the supernatural, etc..., but I did know some of the other facts about Set, except the facts that he killed his brother and fought against his nephew, but research I’ll consider, added I don’t know much about Egyptian mythology, plus respect is something I’m working on, so please excuse me if I sound a little rude
If you are looking for Egyptian Deities with powerful spirits, a few are Nit (Neith), Heru-sa-Aset(Haroese), Tutu, and Aset(Isis).
Set has spirits under Him, but historically they are known for their extremely harmful, destructive natures...which is why many texts talk about destroying the followers of Set.

If you're wanting to work with spirits you might wish to work with his son Anubis or his brother Osiris [you might also wish to work with Isis since she is a Goddess of magick among other things] if I were you I would try to find the creation myth and read until the battle of Horus and Set [the gods will differ depending which region the translation is from but the story hits the same notes "from nothing came *creator god of area* who then created *incert other gods*] Set and his siblings were part of the earliest deities created in the mythos [third set of deities of memory serves] so getting to Sets myths won't take too long.
If you feel drawn to him, research obviously, but try calling to him. Set up an altar to him, meditate before it, pray to him, and observe for any answers Set might send you.
You weren't coming off as "rude" per sey, more I was confused with your request and from past experiences with people asking about Set, it wasn't because they felt drawn to him because of his complex nature but cuz "he's like the devil of Egypt and is all about chaos and destruction, he's so cool" so I normally try to scare people away cuz while I've never worked with Set, I do work with another misunderstood Egyptian Goddess and I know how intense she can be when you're annoying her, and I don't want people getting spiritually slapped cuz they chose to play with fire [minor schadenfreude at times, but normally I want to warn people the stove is hot before they touch it]
