Healing poppet question

Hello, All.

I am making a poppet to use in a healing spell, for respiratory-lung-bronchial problems. Does anyone have any ideas of ingredients/crystals-stones/etc., that I could put inside the poppet?

All suggestions welcome, and thanks in advance!

In the articles from the site there is both lists of crystals and herbs that describes their uses and representations.
