Need spell help

I just found out that my nephew was abused by his abusive dad who beat my sister when they were together as well. The police were call and so was CPS. But they said that he has to go to his dads this weekend even though my nephew was crying and said he doesn’t want to. I am looking for a spell to get him out of my sister and nephews lives. She doesn’t have the money right now to take him back to court. She is a single working mom of 2.

I am new to the craft are there any easy but powerful spells I can do?
