Opposing Force

So I've been being attack by someone I do not know who they are I've been told that they are stronger then me and are very malicious . But the also cause negative or put bad luck on me stoping anything good in it's tracks. I've lost many good opportunity to. I'm just ready to figure out who it is and get rid of the once and for all also for them not to return. Being told it is some close to me doesn't tell me who it is I Know it a very hateful person who is jealous of me. This person in fact messes any relationship I've had or potentially are to have. Luck my success ect. I want to live a peaceful free will life that was intended for me not the will of what someone else wishes on me or cast on me
